With a view to facilitating scientific and technological co-operation, the Parties shall encourage, if necessary, the conclusion of supplementing arrangements to carry out co-operative activities between their government agencies, research institutes, universities and other relevant institutions which shall be within the framework of this Agreement. Such arrangements shall be concluded in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in their respective countries.
2.
The arrangements mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article shall include the terms, conditions and procedures to be followed in particular co-operative activities and other relevant matters.
