Uredba o ratifikaciji Sporazuma o znanstvenem in tehnološkem sodelovanju med Republiko Slovenijo in Portugalsko republiko

This Agreement shall enter into force after the Parties have exchanged notes on completion of the requirements of their internal procedure for its entry into force.

This Agreement shall remain in force for a period of five years and shall continue to remain in force thereafter, for successive periods of five years, unless one of the Parties gives notice in writing, at least six month in advance, of its intentions to terminate this Agreement.

This Agreement may be revised by mutual consent. Any revision or termination of this Agreement shall be effected without prejudice to any right or obligation accruing or incurred under this Agreement prior to the effective date of such revision or termination.
