1.
In order to ensure optimum conditions for the application of this Agreement, the Parties shall establish a Joint Committee on Scientific and Technological Co-operation which shall consist of representatives designated by the two Governments.
2.
The tasks of the Joint Committee shall be:
(A)
review the progress in co-operative activities under this Agreement;
(B)
define new areas of co-operation under this Agreement; and
(C)
discuss on other matters related to this Agreement.
3.
The Joint Commission shall meet once every 2 (two) years, unless otherwise agreed, alternatively in Slovenia and in Portugal on mutually agreed dates.
