Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije
UREDBO
O RATIFIKACIJI SPORAZUMA MED REPUBLIKO SLOVENIJO IN ZDRUŽENO REPUBLIKO TANZANIJO O VZPOSTAVITVI DIPLOMATSKIH ODNOSOV

1. člen

Ratificira se Sporazum med Republiko Slovenijo in Združeno republiko Tanzanijo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov, podpisan v Bonnu 4. junija 1993.

2. člen

Sporazum med Republiko Slovenijo in Združeno republiko Tanzanijo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in prevodu v slovenskem jeziku glasi:

AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS

The Republic of Slovenia and the United Republic of Tanzania,

guided by a desire to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

have agreed as follows:

Article 1

Slovenia and Tanzania will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

Article 2

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18th April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

Article 3

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24th April 1963 shall apply to consular relations between them.

Article 4

This Agreement enters into force upon signature.

Done in Bonn in duplicate in the English language on the 4th of June 1993.
