Uvedba sistema kakovosti pomeni strateško uvajanje sprememb v organizaciji kot odziv na spremljanje in ugotavljanje sprememb v okolju. To bo vodstvo najlažje doseglo s sistemom vodenja kakovosti kot slogom vodenja organizacije oziroma splošne filozofije, ki kakovost postavlja v središče poslovnega uspeha. Njegov cilj je zadovoljstvo strank, obenem pa korist zaposlenih, posameznikov in celotne skupnosti. Za njegovo uvedbo morajo biti vzpostavljeni določeni pogoji, in sicer: -vzdušje, v katerem bo ideja o izboljšanju kakovosti postala temeljna, globo- ko ukoreninjena vrednota vsakega posameznika,- projekt vodi vodstvo, ki verjame v to, kar počne, sledi politiki kakovosti in s svojim zgledom pritegne druge; -vodstvo intenzivno komunicira navznonter kot navzven, da vcepi zavest o nujnosti sprememb in obenem sprejme akcijski plan in skupno vizijo.

The implementation of Quality Assurance System in an organization means strategic implementation of changes within this organization, as a response of monitoring and determining changes within the environment. The best way to achieve the Quality Assurance System in the organization is the management practice as a style of management, as organization’s general philosophy, which puts the quality in the centre of business success with the goal to achieve satisfaction of clients, and in the same time it should benefit employees and society. Before implementation of the Quality Assurance System the organization should establish some conditions, as: -the right atmosphere in which the idea of improving the quality would become fundamental and deeply entrenched value of every employee; -project leading by executive who believes in what he does, who follows the policy of quality and attracts other with his example; -executive’s intense communications (inward an outward), that inculcates awareness on urgency of changes and accepts common vision and action plan at the same time.
