Na podlagi šestega odstavka 11. člena Zakona o mednarodnih pogodbah in drugih mednarodnih aktih (Uradni list RS, št. 12/26) Vlada Republike Slovenije izdaja
Uredbo o ratifikaciji Note o pristopu ministra za nacionalno obrambo Republike Poljske k Memorandumu o soglasju med Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Slovenije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Hrvaške, Zveznim ministrstvom za obrambo Zvezne republike Nemčije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Italijanske republike in Ministrstvom za nacionalno obrambo Romunije o ustanovitvi, upravljanju in delovanju Natovega centra odličnosti za gorsko bojevanje in Note o pristopu ministra za nacionalno obrambo Republike Poljske k Memorandumu o soglasju med Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Slovenije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Hrvaške, Zveznim ministrstvom za obrambo Zvezne republike Nemčije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Italijanske republike in Ministrstvom za nacionalno obrambo Romunije ter Poveljstvom vrhovnega zavezniškega poveljnika za preoblikovanje o funkcionalnih razmerjih Natovega centra odličnosti za gorsko bojevanje

Ratificirata se Nota o pristopu ministra za nacionalno obrambo Republike Poljske k Memorandumu o soglasju med Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Slovenije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Hrvaške, Zveznim ministrstvom za obrambo Zvezne republike Nemčije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Italijanske republike in Ministrstvom za nacionalno obrambo Romunije o ustanovitvi, upravljanju in delovanju Natovega centra odličnosti za gorsko bojevanje, sklenjena 3. aprila 2019, in Nota o pristopu ministra za nacionalno obrambo Republike Poljske k Memorandumu o soglasju med Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Slovenije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Hrvaške, Zveznim ministrstvom za obrambo Zvezne republike Nemčije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Italijanske republike in Ministrstvom za nacionalno obrambo Romunije ter Poveljstvom vrhovnega zavezniškega poveljnika za preoblikovanje o funkcionalnih razmerjih Natovega centra odličnosti za gorsko bojevanje, sklenjena 21. maja 2019.

CONCERNING

THE ESTABLISHMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF
THE NATO MOUNTAIN WARFARE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE
THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND
HAVING DECIDED to broaden its participation in NATO’s overall mountain warfare transformation efforts; and
DESIRING to join the current Participants of the NATO MW COE, providing the personnel for the following post:
- Post No. 25: Staff Officer SME in the Education and Training Branch (Job Code: E&TB 004)
ELECTS to participate in the Memorandum of Understanding among the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, the Federal Ministry of Defence of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Ministry of Defence of the Italian Republic, and the Ministry of National Defence of Romania, concerning the Establishment, Administration and Operation of the NATO Mountain Warfare Centre of Excellence (“Operational MOU”), signed on 25 March 2015,
AGREES to contribute its share to the annual budget starting with fiscal year following the NOJ coming into effect and additionally agrees to contribute the sum of one (1,00) EUR to offset the residual value of previous capital investment in accordance with paragraph 15.2. of the NATO MW COE Operational MOU and
AGREES to abide by all subsequent agreements and arrangements to the NATO MW COE Operational MOU concluded until the date of entry into effect of this Note of Joining, listed as follows:
- Technical Arrangement between the Federal Minister of Defence and Sports of the Republic of Austria and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, the Federal Ministry of Defence of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Ministry of Defence of the Italian Republic regarding the contribution of the Federal minister of Defence and Sports of the Republic of Austria to the NATO Mountain Warfare Centre of Excellence, dated 21 September 2015.

This Note of Joining will only be effective for the new Participant if it also signs a Note of Joining to the NATO MW COE Functional MOU;
This Note of Joining is signed in one original and in English language. It constitutes an amendment to the NATO MW COE’s Operational MOU and, as such, will be duly recorded in the NATO MW COE’s Operational MOU Record of change.
The original document will be deposited with the Republic of Slovenia, which will provide certified copies to all Participants to the NATO MW COE Operational MOU, the Joining Nation, the NATO MW COE itself, as well as HQ SACT.

NATOVEGA CENTRA ODLIČNOSTI ZA GORSKO BOJEVANJE
MINISTER ZA NACIONALNO OBRAMBO REPUBLIKE POLJSKE
se je po odločitvi, da razširi svoje sodelovanje v Natovih skupnih prizadevanjih preoblikovanja gorskega bojevanja, in
z željo, da bi se pridružil sedanjim državam sponzorkam v Natovem centru odličnosti za gorsko bojevanje (Natov COGB) in zagotovil kader za delovno mesto:

odločil, da se pridruži Memorandumu med Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Slovenije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Republike Hrvaške, Zveznim ministrstvom za obrambo Zvezne republike Nemčije, Ministrstvom za obrambo Italijanske republike ter Ministrstvom za nacionalno obrambo Romunije o ustanovitvi, upravljanju in delovanju Natovega centra odličnosti za gorsko bojevanje (Operativni memorandum o soglasju Natovega COGB), podpisanem 25. marca 2015;
se strinja, da prispeva svoj delež k letnemu proračunu, z začetkom v proračunskem letu, ki sledi letu uveljavitve note o pristopu, in se dodatno strinja, da prispeva k skupnemu znesku en (1) evro za izravnavo vrednosti prejšnjih naložb skladno z drugim odstavkom 15. člena Operativnega memoranduma o soglasju Natovega COGB z dne 21. septembra 2015;
se strinja, da bo spoštoval vse nadaljnje sporazume in dogovore k Operativnemu memorandumu o soglasju Natovega COGB, sklenjene do datuma začetka veljavnosti te note o pristopu, ki so našteti, kot sledi:
