PROTOCOL
on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of India
The Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the Republic of India.
Being desirous of further promoting relations of friendship and cooperation between their two countries;
Basing on principles of mutual respect for sovereignty and equality and non-interference in each others' internal affairs;
Having in mind the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter;
Being committed to the maintenance of international peace and security;
Have agreed to establish diplomatic relations as of the date of the signing of this Protocol between their two countries in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961.
Done at New Delhi on this 18th day of May, 1992 A. D. in duplicate each in Slovene, Hindi and English. All the texts being equally authentic.
