AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS
The Republic of Slovenia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines,
guided by a desire to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
have agreed as follows:
Article 1
Slovenia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines will establish diplomatic relations at the Ambassadorial level with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force.
Article 2
The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.
Article 3
The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963 shall apply to consular relations between them.
Article 4
This Agreement enters into force upon signature.
Done in the Slovenian and the English languages at London on 11 November, 1993.
