V Prilogi 2 se v poglavju 8 Information on the higher education system in the Republic of Slovenia prvi odstavek spremeni tako, da se glasi:
»Higher education in Slovenia is regulated by the Higher Education Act (Uradni list RS, No. 32/12 – official consolidated text, 40/12 – ZUJF, 57/12 – ZPCP-2D, 109/12, 85/14, 75/16, 61/17 – ZUPŠ, 65/17, 175/20 – ZIUOPDVE, 57/21 – odl. US, 54/22 – ZUPŠ-1 and 100/22 – ZSZUN) and by the Professional Titles and Academic Titles in Science and Art Act (Uradni list RS, No. 100/22). V tretjem odstavku se v tretji alineji pika nadomesti z vejico in dodata besedi »doktor/ica umetnosti.«.
Za tretjim odstavkom se doda nov četrti odstavek, ki se glasi:
»A component of a professional title and academic title in science and art is also its name in English language and is as follows:
-
professional study programmes of first cycle: Bachelor of Applied Science, Bachelor of Applied Arts;

academic study programmes of first cycle: Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts;

second cycle: Master of Science, Master of Arts, except for graduates of dental medicine, pharmacy, medicine and veterinary: Doctor of Dental Medicine, Master of Pharmacy, Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine;

third cycle: Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Arts.«.
Sedanji četrti do sedmi odstavek postanejo peti do osmi odstavek.
V novem osmem odstavku se zadnja vrstica v tabeli spremeni tako, da se glasi:
