JOINT COMMUNIQUE
of the Republic of Slovenia and Democratic People's Republic of Korea on the establishment of diplomatic relations
The Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of Democratic People's Republic of Korea have agreed to establish diplomatic relations on the level of ambassadors and to exchange diplomatic missions with the purpose to develop friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries in all domains, based on the principles of independence, equality, mutual benefit and non-interference with internal affairs.
Done at Ljubljana on 8 September, 1992 in Slovene, Korean and English languages, all texts being equally authentic.
