Uredba o ratifikaciji sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Malto o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov

The Republic of Slovenia and Malta,

guided by a desire to strenghten and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

have agreed as follows:

Slovenia and Malta will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that their consular relations shall be guided by the provisions of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963.

This Agreement enters into force upon signature. Done in duplicate in the English language at Ljubljana on 29 June 1992.
