2. člen

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in slovenskem prevodu glasi:

AGREEMENT
Between the Republic of Slovenia and the Hellenic Republic regarding the establishment of diplomatic relations

The Republic of Slovenia and the Hellenic Republic, guided by a desire to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the. United Nations the principles of the Final. Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe and of the Paris Charter have agreed as follows:

Article 1

The Republic of Slovenia and the Hellenic Republic will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

Article 2

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

Article 3

The Parties to this Agreement agree that consular relations between them will be governed by the Vienna Convention of 24 April 1963 as well as by the provisions of the consular Agreement of 17 December 1974 between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Hellenic Republic.

Article 4

This Agreement enters into force upon signature. Done at Ljubljana on 21 July 1992 in two originals in the English language.

SPORAZUM <br /> med Republiko Slovenijo in Grško Republiko o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov

Republika Slovenija in Grška Republika sta se v želji, da okrepita in razvijeta odnose med svojima državama v skladu s cilji in načeli Ustanovne listine Združenih narodov in načeli Sklepne listine Konference 6 varnosti in sodelovanju v Evropi ter Pariške listine dogovorili naslednje:

1. člen

Slovenija in Grška republika bosta vzpostavili medsebojne diplomatske odnose z dnem, ko začne veljati ta Sporazum in bosta izmenjali diplomatske predstavnike, brž ko bo to mogoče.

2. člen

Podpisnici tega Sporazuma soglašata, da se bosta v medsebojnih diplomatskih odnosih ravnali po določbah Dunajske konvencije o diplomatskih odnosih z dne 18. aprila 1961.

3. člen

Podpisnici tega sporazuma soglašata, da se bosta v medsebojnih konzularnih odnosih ravnali po določbah Dunajske konvencije o konzularnih odnosih z dne 24. aprila 1963, kakor tudi po določbah Konzularnega sporazuma med Socialistično federativno Republiko Jugoslavijo in Grško Republiko z dne 17. decembra 1974.

4. člen

Ta sporazum začne veljati z dnem podpisa. Sestavljeno v dveh izvodih v angleškem jeziku v Ljubljani dne 21. julija 1992.

Uredba o ratifikaciji sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Grčijo o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov
