Uredba o ratifikaciji Sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Kirgiško republiko glede vzpostavitve diplomatskih odnosov

The Republic of Slovenia and the Kyrghyz Republic, guided by a desire to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe, have agreed as follows:

The Republic of Slovenia and the Kyrghyz Republic will establish diplomatic relations with each other at the ambassadorial level.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963 shall apply to consular relations between them.

This Agreement enters into force upon signature.
