Prispevek je prikaz knjige Zakon o zemljiški knjigi (ZZK-1) z novelo ZZK-1E, Razširjena uvodna pojasnila avtorjev dr. Nine Plavšak in prof. dr. Renata Vrenčurja. Avtorja sistematično pojasnita spremembe dosedanjih pravil ZZK-1, ki so bile uveljavljene z novelo ZZK-1E. Delo poleg strokovnosti odlikuje izredna sistematičnost in natančnost prikaza obravnavane tematike. Zelo pregleden in praktičen je že prvi razdelek, v katerem avtorja vse spremembe, ki jih je prinesla novela ZZK-1E, razvrstita po institutih, na katere se nanašajo. Sledi shematski prikaz sprememb v pregledni tabeli, ki bralcu omogoča, da lahko hitro ugotovi, kateri členi novele spreminjajo dosedanja pravila ZZK-1, in ga usmeri na razdelek v knjigi, ki vsebinsko obravnavana posamezno spremembo.

The article is a review of the book Land Register Act (ZZK-1) with the Amendment ZZK-1E, Extended Introductory Notes by the authors Nina Plavšak, PhD, and Prof. Renato Vrenčur, PhD. The authors systematically interpret the changes to the current rules of the Slovenian Land Register Act (ZZK-1) implemented through the amendment ZZK-1E. In addition to professionalism, the work is distinguished by its extraordinary systematicity and accuracy in presenting the topics discussed. The first section is very transparent and practical, in which the authors classify all the changes brought about by the amendment ZZK-1E under the institutes to which they refer. The work also includes a schematic presentation of changes in the overview table allowing the readers to quickly determine which articles of the amendment change the current rules of ZZK-1, and directs them to the respective section of the book dealing with the substance of each change.
