Minilo je več kot petnajst let od prve izdaje knjige Prevozno pravo, ki jo je za študente Fakultete za pomorstvo Univerze v Ljubljani napisal prof. dr. Marko Pavliha. Pred kratkim je izšla tretja, spremenjena in dopolnjena izdaja. Knjiga je novelirana v luči mednarodnih sporazumov, prava Evropske unije, slovenskih predpisov in sodne prakse. Knjiga predstavlja domačo in mednarodnopravno ureditev pogodb o prevozu tovora, potnikov in prtljage v vseh prometnih panogah s posebnim poudarkom na pravicah potnikov. S tem je knjiga ne le učbenik za študente pomorstva in prava, temveč tudi priročnik, po katerem lahko posežejo odvetniki, sodniki, prevozniki, agenti in drugi naslovljenci, ki se teoretično ali praktično srečujejo s prometnim pravom.

It has been more than fifteen years since the first edition of the book Transport law that was written by prof. dr. Marko Pavliha for the students of the Faculty of Maritime Studies at the University of Ljubljana. These days the third revised edition was published. The book is revised in the light of international agreements, law of the European Union, Slovenian legislation and case-law. The book presents domestic and international regulation of contracts of carriage of goods, passengers and baggage in all modes of transport with particular emphasis on the passengers’ rights. This book is not only a textbook for students of maritime studies and law students, but also a useful guide for lawyers, judges, carriers, agents and other subjects theoretically or practically involved with transport law.
