Bistvo prispevka je kritična ocena sprememb zakonodaje na področju Zoisovih štipendij, predvsem pa krivic, ki se dogajajo štipendistom, ki so upravičeni do štipendij še po prejšnjem zakonu o štipendiranju. Sporna je predvsem ureditev prehodnega obdobja, ki najverjetneje ni v skladu z načelom enakosti in načelom varstva zaupanja v pravo. Prav tako so problematične tudi razne druge novosti, ki jih je uvedel novi Zakon o štipendiranju.

The purpose of this article is to evaluate critically the modifications of legislation concerning the Zois scholarships, especially injustices affecting the scho- larship holders entitled to scholarships in accordance with the previous law on scholarships. Disputable is particularly the regulation of transition period, which most likely contradicts the principle of equality and the principle of trust in law. There are also a few other problematic novelties enacted by the new law on scholarships.
