POVZETEK
V obdobju po pandemiji covid-19 in geopolitičnih napetostih vse pogosteje slišimo besedo inflacija, saj se v zadnjih mesecih viša in presega tudi 10 % stopnje letne rasti, predvsem zaradi podražitev energentov in hrane. V nadaljevanju predstavljamo definicijo inflacije in vpliv na računovodske izkaze. Predstavljamo tudi računovodenje v razmerah hiperinflacije.
ABSTRACT / SUMMARY
In the aftermath of the covid-19 pandemic and geopolitical tensions, we hear the word inflation more often, as it has been rising in recent months, exceeding annual growth rates of 10%, mainly due to energy and food price rises. In the paper, we present the definition of inflation and its impact on financial statements. We also present accounting in hyperinflationary economies.
