61. Uredba o ratifikaciji Sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Filipini o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov

Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

O RATIFIKACIJI SPORAZUMA MED REPUBLIKO SLOVENIJO IN REPUBLIKO FILIPINI O VZPOSTAVITVI DIPLOMATSKIH ODNOSOV

Ratificira se Sporazum med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Filipini o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov, sklenjen z izmenjavo not z dne 27. januarja in 3. februarja 1993.

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku ter v slovenskem prevodu glasi:

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines presents its compliments to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and with reference to the Ministry's Note 921 67-003/92, dated 16 June 1992, has the honor to inform the latter that the Government of the Republic of Philippines wishes to establish diplomatic relations with the Government of the Republic of Slovenia in accordance with the terms of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961 and the principles of the Charter of the United Nations.

The Embassy expresses its confidence that the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Slovenia will facilitate the development of friendly relations between the two countries.

Pending the establishment of resident embassies, the Government of the Republic of the Philippines proposes that diplomatic intercourse between the Philippines and Slovenia be conducted through the Philippine Embassy in Vienna, Austria.

The Embassy further requests agreement of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Ambassador Reynaldo O. Arcilla as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Slovenia, with residence in Vienna.

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines avails itself of this opportunity to extend to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia the assurances of its highest consideration.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia presents its compliments to the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Vienna and has the honor to confirm the receipt of the Embassy's Note No. VN. 28/93 of 27 January 1993, which reads as follows:

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia has the honor to accept the above cited proposal and suggests that the Embassy's Note No. VN. 28/93 of 27 January 1993 and this Note in reply constitute the Agreement on the establishment of diplomatic relations with the immediate effect.

– The Ministry has also the honor to inform the Embassy that the procedure concerning the agreement for H. E. Mr. Reynaldo O. Arcilla for the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to Slovenia lias already started.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines the assurances of its highest consideration.

Veleposlaništvo Republike Filipini izraža svoje spoštovanje Ministrstvu za zunanje zadeve Republike Slovenije in ima, sklicujoč se na noto ministrstva št. 921 67-003/92 z dne 16. junija 1992, čast obvestiti, da želi Vlada Republike Filipini vzpostaviti diplomatske odnose z Vlado Republike Slovenije v skladu z določili Dunajske konvencije o diplomatskih odnosih iz leta 1961 in določili ustanovne listine Združenih narodov.
