POVZETEK
Podjetje sestavljajo ljudje, ki sodelujejo med seboj, se pogovarjajo, rešujejo skupne probleme in medsebojne konflikte. Konflikti in problemi, obogateni z medsebojnim komuniciranjem, so sestavni del vsakega podjetja. V najmilejši obliki se konflikti kažejo kot razburjenje, v svoji skrajnosti pa povzročajo spopade in rušijo medosebne odnose. Če k reševanju konfliktov pristopamo konstruktivno, dosegamo boljše rezultate in vzpostavljamo boljše odnose. Konflikti nastajajo zaradi napačne ocene resničnosti in njenega izkrivljanja, zaradi drugačnega razumevanja iste stvari, različnosti v vrednotenju, anksioznega komuniciranja ali komuniciranja ob napačnem času. Konflikte lahko rešujemo z uporabo različnih strategij. Poskusi, da bi konflikte porinili v ozadje ali jih potlačili, se jim izognili ali jih ignorirali, niso uspešni, saj se nam lahko kaj hitro zgodi, da povzročimo še večje težave, ki bodo izbruhnile ob nepravem času. V vsakem primeru (to potrjuje tudi praksa) pametneje ravnajo tisti, ki se konfliktom ne izogibajo, temveč se pripravljajo za njihovo reševanje.
ABSTRACT / SUMMARY
A company is defined by people who communicate among themselves on daily basis in the search of solution to a common problem and interpersonal conflicts. Conflicts and problems, including the inter-personal communication are a vital and necessary part of regular business operations. At first such consequences manifest in disturbances of the business environment and/or operations, while in the worst form they can lead to disagreement and disputes among co-workers. With a hands-on constructive approach to problem solving a company/enterprise can achieve better results as well as lead to improvement in inter-personal relationships within a company. Conflicts arise from an inaccurate and incorrect assessment of the current situation or different or false interpretations of the gathered information, different approaches to evaluation of anxious communication and bad timing of communication activities. Nevertheless, all conflicts and/or problems can be solved through the use of different strategies. The attempts to avoid, ignore, forget or simply deny the existence of conflicts in the working environment can inflict even bigger problems at an even more inconvenient time. In any case it is smarter not to avoid such conflicts and to address the activities, which may lead to a solution of the problem in question.
