Knjiga je svojevrstno avtobiografsko delo, ki ga je avtor napisal na predlog urednice Tadeje L. Zupan za založbo Chiara. Podnaslov knjige, ki je uvrščena v zbirko Osebno, je Padci in pobiranja poetičnega pravnika. Pavliha je iskren zagovornik vrednotnega dojemanja sveta in življenja. Ta pogled zaznamuje domala celotno knjigo. Med temeljne vrednote uvršča »človečnost, nenasilje, zlato pravilo in pravičnost.« Prepričan je, da bo slehernik tedaj, ko bo »reprogramiral algoritme lastnega etičnega in moralnega avtopilota«, postal boljši človek. Tedaj bo tudi »človeštvo lažje preživelo in se povzpelo na višjo raven razvoja.« Skupaj s Prešernom in njegovo Zdravljico naj dodam, da to raven lahko najdejo samo tisti, ki v srcu dobro mislijo.

The book is a distinctive autobiographical work penned by the author upon the suggestion of editor Tadeja L. Zupan for Chiara Publishing. The subtitle of the book, which is included in the “Personal” book series, is “Falls and Recoveries of a Poetic Lawyer”. Pavliha is a sincere advocate for a values-based understanding of the world and life. This perspective characterises almost the entire book. Among the fundamental values, he includes “humanity, non-violence, the golden rule, and justice”. Pavliha is convinced that when one “reprogrammes the algorithms of one’s own ethical and moral autopilot,” they will become a better person. At that time, “humanity will more easily survive and ascend to a higher level of development”. Together with Slovenian poet France Prešeren and his Zdravljica, let me add that this level can only be found by those who harbour good intentions in their hearts.
