Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije
UREDBO
o ratifikaciji sporazuma med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Finsko o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov

1. člen

Ratificira se sporazum med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Finsko o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov, podpisan dne 17. februarja 1992 v Ljubljani.

2. člen

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in slovenskem prevodu glasi:

AGREEMENT
between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Finland on the establishment of diplomatic relations

The Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Finland,

desiring to strengthen and develop relations between their countries and peoples in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe and the Charter of Paris for a new Europe,

have agreed as follows:

Article 1

Slovenia and Finland will establish diplomatic relations with each other on the day this Agreement enters into force and will exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.

Article 2

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961 shall apply to diplomatic relations between them.

Article 3

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963 shall apply to consular relations between them.

Article 4

This Agreement enters into force upon signature.

Done in duplicate in the English language at Ljubljana, on 17 February 1992.
