Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena Zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije

o ratifikaciji spremenjene Priloge Sporazuma o rednem zračnem prometu med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Hrvaško
o ratifikaciji spremenjene Priloge Sporazuma o rednem zračnem prometu med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Hrvaško
1. člen
Ratificira se spremenjena Priloga Sporazuma o rednem zračnem prometu med Republiko Slovenijo in Republiko Hrvaško v besedilu z dne 5. julija 1999.
2. člen
Spremenjena Priloga se v izvirniku v angleškem in v prevodu v slovenski jezik glasi:

A) The route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
Points of departure in Croatia:
all terminal points
Points of arrival in Slovenia:
all terminal points
Points beyond Slovenia:
Vienna (Fifth Freedom traffic right allowed for cargo air services with aircraft up to 7 t only)
B) The route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia.
Points of departure in Slovenia:
all terminal points
Points of arrival in Croatia:
all terminal points
Points beyond Croatia:
One point to be agreed later on (Fifth Freedom traffic right allowed for cargo air services with aircraft up to 7 t only)
C) Any intermediate points and points beyond may be served by the designated airline of each Contracting Party without exercising Fifth Freedom traffic rights.
The eventual exercise of Fifth Freedom traffic rights may be agreed upon by the aeronautical authorities of the two Contracting Parties.
