BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA ON THE GRANT AID FOR THE PROJECT OF THE COMMON DATA-BASE CENTER OF SLOVENIAN AND MACEDONIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
The Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia (hereinafter referred to as parties) agree on the Grant Aid for the project of the common data-base Center of Slovenian and Macedonian stock exchange to develop and strengthen the mutual business relations between the two countries.
By donating the agreed amount the Government of the Republic of Slovenia wishes to make a contribution to the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe.
I.
The Government of the Republic of Slovenia donates to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia the grant aid in the amount of 5.000.000 SIT for the project of the common data – base Center of the Macedonian and Slovenian Stock Exchange.
The granted amount shall be used for co-financing of the hardware equipment as well as software for the server and database.
II.
The Government of the Republic of Slovenia shall make a deposit of the granted amount of 5.000.000 SIT in USD equivalent (at the middle exchange rate of the Bank of Slovenia on the day of payment) within 30 days from entering into force of this Agreement to the CITI BANK New York, 111 Wall Street, New York, NY 100043, SWIFT BIC: CITI US 33, Account number of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (NBRM MK 2X) – 36086854 for the special account 721016 – 840 – 4064585.
III.
The Government of the Republic of Macedonia shall prepare a report on the use of the granted amount after the completed use of funds arising from this Agreement
In case the funds granted in accordance with this Agreement are not used for the agreed purpose the Government of the Republic of Macedonia is obliged to repay them.
IV.
This Agreement may not be amended except by written instrument duly executed by both parties.
Any notice or request required or permitted to be given or made under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be given at each party’s address as follows:

V.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
VI.
This Agreement is made in two originals in the English language.
This Agreement shall enter into force as from the receiving date of the last notification by which the parties shall communicate officially the fulfillment of their respective ratification procedures.
Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall be provisionally applied from the date of its signature.

I.
