Na podlagi tretjega odstavka 63. člena zakona o zunanjih zadevah (Uradni list RS, št. 1/91-I) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije
UREDBO
o ratifikaciji sporazuma o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Dansko

1. člen

Ratificira se sporazum o vzpostavitvi diplomatskih odnosov med Republiko Slovenijo in Kraljevino Dansko, sklenjen z izmenjavo not z dne 16. in 20. januarja 1992.

2. člen

Sporazum se v izvirniku v angleškem jeziku in slovenskem prevodu glasi:

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia presents its compliments to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark and has the honour to express its gratitude for the decision of the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark on recognition of the Republic of Slovenia, which was transmitted in the telegram of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark, his Excellency Mr. Uffe Ellenann-Jensen of January 15. 1992.

The Ministry fully agrees with the proposal for the establishment of the diplomatic relations between our two countries and suggests that the respectful confirmation of the receipt of this note be considered as a date of the establishment of diplomatic relations. We also propose the exchange of diplomatic envoys with the rank of ambassador.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia avails itself of this opportunity to present to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark the assurances of its highest consideration.

NOTE VERBALE

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark presents its compliments to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and confirms the receipt of the note of 16 January 1992 by which the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia agreed with the proposal for the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries.

The Ministry agrees that the above mentioned note and this reply constitute an agreement on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Slovenia, which cores into effect on this date, the 20 January 1992. The Ministry further agrees with the exchange of diplomatic envoys with the rank of ambassador and has the honour to inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Slovenia that it is the intention to seek accreditation as ambassador to Slovenia of the Danish Ambassador p. t. residing in Vienna.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Denmark avails itself of this opportunity to present to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Slovenia the assurances of its highest consideration.
