POVZETEK
Iskanje nove poti z Modelom trajnostnega poslovodenja nakazuje vlogo standardov ISO za kakovost. Prave rešitve so rezultat partnerskega sodelovanja mnogih strok. Tako je tudi pri zagotavljanju večje varnosti poslovanja. Prepoznani so glavni standardi, ki jih Model predvideva. Tri nujne sestavine trajnostnega delovanja so učenje iz preteklosti, načrtovanje prihodnosti in delovanje v sedanjosti. Bistveno je njihovo ravnotežje. Vloga standardov je harmonizacija v podporo razvoju. Obravnavana so temeljna načela vodenja kakovosti. Najnovejše uspešne pristope povzema v svoje smernice ISO 9004, z večletnim zamikom pa mu sledita ISO 9000 in ISO 9001. Voditeljsko vodenje kakovosti se odzove že na smernice, pretežno nadzorno vodenje kakovosti pa šele na zahteve. Razlika pristopa se odraža tudi v (ne)priljubljenosti vodenja kakovosti. Rešitev je v razvoju odprte komunikacije, ki zna ustvariti ozračje vzajemnega zaupanja in spoštovanja. Za uspešno uvajanje bolj trajnostnega poslovanja so poleg načel bistveni tudi kazalniki. S kazalniki so povezani standardi minimalne kakovosti. Poseben izziv je oblikovanje kazalnika, s katerim bomo merili stopnjo trajnostnega poslovanja. Predstavljene so bistvene usmeritve ISO 9004. Uravnoteženje interesov. Trajnostnost delovanja družbe je v neposredni odvisnosti od odgovornosti izobražencev.
ABSTRACT / SUMMARY
The Model of sustainable management as means of searching for new ways and approaches unavoidably points to the role of the ISO quality management standards. Right solutions are always a result of synergic partnership of many disciplines, like for instance, ensuring safer operations. Principal standards can be identified in the context of the Model. Three essential components of sustainability are: learning from the past, planning for the future, and acting in the present. The balance between them is crucial. The role of the standards is in harmonization in support of development. Basic principles of quality management are discussed. The latest successful approaches are summarized in the guidelines of ISO 9004, followed by ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 several years later. Leadership style of quality management means reacting the moment the guidelines are known, while supervisory style of quality management is activated only by demand/request. The difference between the two is reflected in the (un)popularity of quality management. The solution lies in developing open communication, which is instrumental in creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. For successful introduction of more sustainable business practices it is important to have, besides basic principles, indicators. Indicators are closely linked to the set of minimum quality standards. A particular challenge represents the development of a standard to measure the degree of sustainability of business practice. Principal guidelines of ISO 9004 are presented, as well as balancing of interests. Sustainability of activities of society is directly related to the level of responsibility of its intellectuals.
